Quality and freshness at the heart of our menu
Our talented team of chefs have brought together their favourite pub classics along with a number of season specials to create a hearty and wholesome menu full of flavour and worldly inspired.
You’ll find a rotating selection of seasonal specials on our menu, giving you plenty to choose from whatever the occasion. Whether you’re dropping in for a quick bite to eat after a walk in the Welsh hills or settling in for a relaxed three-course dinner, our menu – paired with a warm, buzzy atmosphere – makes it the perfect spot.
We recommend booking a table if you would like to dine with us, this can be done ONLINE or by giving us a call.
Please note: Our phone line can get very busy during service hours, as our team is often looking after customers in the pub. We always do our best to answer the phone, but if you can't get through and need to make a booking amendment, please send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
However, you're always welcome to drop in unannounced for a drink or a bite to eat as our bar area and outside tables are not bookable to allow for walk-ins.
We currently only serve food outside on our ground floor front terrace, which can be ordered up at the bar. We do hope to extend food service to all of our outdoor areas in the future, but for now you're welcome to grab a drink from the bar and enjoy the sunshine (with a bit of luck) and beautiful views.
We have an extensive choice of local real ales, premium lagers & ciders and quality world wines on our bar as well as our selection of hot and cold soft drinks. Our bar team are always on hand should you fancy a recommendation.
We have an intimate private dining room upstairs that can seat up to 20 people should you wish to make your visit that extra bit special. Please email us on info@brookhousemill.co.uk if you would like to book this (it cannot be reserved online).
Tips & Gratuities....Of the tips/service charge that you might decide to leave during your visit, 100% of that gets split evenly between the whole pub team and only this team.
Monday to Saturday from 12pm until 9pm
Sundays from 12pm until 8pm
